Connection-Cure

My philosophy of practice whether hands-on, or virtual, is to help establish a connection to self and spirit as a foundation of healing (physical, emotional), and thriving.  I utilize my professional training in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Naturopathy,  Nursing, and inspired by the science of energy, incorporate Reiki , for a comprehensive combination of science based energy medicine, and foundational spirit/soul connected healing as a lifestyle.  The gifts of intuition heightened along the way.

      Our  bodies have the amazing capacity, and ability to heal itself.   

My passion and resourceful gifts lie with developing individualized programs for each client to navigate their own healing/thriving process, by identifying the elements of wellness, and goals they wish to achieve, ultimately empowering themselves to heal and connect to-body, mind, and spirit.
