REIKI is the channeling of Life Force Energy, and has the capacity to heal every aspect of the body, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Stress reduction and relaxation (which triggers the body's natural healing abilities, immune system), promoting better sleep. REIKI balances the mind and emotions, calming, grounding, which strengthens the capacity to handle stressful situations. I can use Reiki to help you heal, and also teach you how to Reiki yourself, others, and beloved pets. Reiki as a stand alone service virtual or in person, $50/20 minutes, $100/40 minutes, $150/60 minutes
