Conquering fear is the hardest part of any challenging task. Sifting through media posts,

separating fact from fiction, starts with your foundation and what you CAN control.

Can I eat healthy food to fuel my body? - Yes

Can I get adequate sleep to support my body? -Yes

Can I practice daily breathing exercises/meditations to cultivate energy? -Yes

Can I ask spirit for guidance, and feel safe acting on it? -Yes

Can I ask for help with any of the above, and more? -Hopefully
